Block unwanted contacts locally and report serious abuse to support@myrkline.nawaeurope.com. We aim to acknowledge safety reports within 48 hours.
Block a contact
Open the private line and use the person-with-x control. Blocking removes the paired line locally and stops further communication on that line. Pairing again requires a new short-lived code.
Report abuse
Use the report control in the app or email the safety address above. Because MYRKLINE cannot inspect encrypted conversations, include only the information and evidence you intentionally choose to disclose. Do not endanger yourself to collect evidence.
Immediate danger
MYRKLINE is not an emergency service and cannot locate a user or intercept a live conversation. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the local police or emergency service. In the European Union, call 112.
Protect your device
Use a strong iPhone passcode, keep iOS updated, enable Face ID or Touch ID, and never share a pairing code with someone you do not trust. Burn timers do not protect content visible on an unlocked or compromised device.
Report a serious concern.
State whether anyone is in immediate danger, your country, and a safe way to reply.
